Ground Floor

The ground floor has a lounge (19.5m2) with two large sofas, TV/DVD, and coffee table. The large window makes the room light and airy, and as the walls are made of old stone up to 1m thick, the house stays cool in the summer.

A hallway from the lounge has a toilet and the stairway leading to the other floors. This hallway also takes you into the new kitchen/diner.

The kitchen/diner (25m2) has a full electric oven, microwave/grill, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, family sized fridge/freezer and lots of cupboards.

There is a dining table seating eight which has views of the garden. All floors downstairs have ceramic tiles helping to keep the house cool. The kitchen leads out on to the patio and lawned garden. The patio (made from the local dusky-pink stone) has tables and chairs and a bbq for those summer suppers.
